All of our cupcakes are baked in small batches by hand, and then frozen and overnight-shipped with ice gel packs. Sugar Cupcakery ships all of its cupcakes via UPS overnight delivery. We do not ship same day. Daily order cutoff time is 2PM EST for orders scheduled to go out the next day. Please be sure the shipping address is correct including apartment, floor and unit numbers before completing your order. Corrections to the shipping address received after the order is in transit will result in delays. Sugar Cupcakery ships to physical addresses within the lower 48 states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Sugar Cupcakery cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for shipping delays resulting from inclement weather.
Due to the shipping schedule, Sugar Cupcakery cannot ship cupcakes for delivery on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays. Saturday delivery is available for a $20 surcharge.
We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery. Additionally, please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination.
Sugar Cupcakery will provide you with a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Sugar Cupcakery will issue a full refund for any incorrect order or errors made by Sugar Cupcakery. Any shipping orders cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will also be refunded.
Sugar Cupcakery treats all customer information as confidential and does not disclose or sell customer information to third parties. All customer information provided to Sugar Cupcakery is maintained in a secure environment and used only for the purposes of processing customer orders.
